  1. Construction has started on the first homes in early summer.
  2. There will be two phases with a total of 572 homes.
  3. HOA dues will be $700 per quarter for single family homes.
  4. BellaVida is zoned for short term rentals, but can also serve as a permanent residence.
  5. There are no restrictions on investor purchases.
  6. Down payments are $5,000 at contract, then the balance of 5% of the purchase price for U.S. buyers and 10% of the purchase price for overseas buyers.
